Heavy traffic expected in Chula Vista today for Southwestern College Graduation Ceremony. 
Traffic is expected to be heavy in Chula Vista today for the 57th Southwestern College Commencement Ceremony. The ceremony will be held in De Vore Stadium at 900 Otay Lakes Road beginning at 4 p.m. East H Street, Otay Lakes Road and other streets surrounding the campus will be impacted prior and following the ceremony.
Gates open at 2:30 p.m. and attendees are encouraged to arrive early. Free parking is available on the campus and seating is on a first-come, first-served basis. If you cannot attend the ceremony, it will be live-streamed at http://www.swccd.edu/index.aspx?page=1434.
