* LOCATIONS...Delaware, portions of northeastern Maryland, southeastern Pennsylvania, and southern New Jersey
* VISIBILITIES...One quarter mile or less at times.
* TIMING...Dense fog will persist through mid morning.
* IMPACTS...Limited visibilities will make travel very difficult including through the morning commute.
