HWY 64 open to Chimney Rock and Edneyville from Bat Cave. Middlefork Rd remains closed except emergency access. Temporary emergency access lane being constructed at 691 Middlefork Rd. Slides still blocking gravel portion of Middlefork Rd in 1800 block.Expect public access along Middlefork Rd to open tomorrow. Keep in mind that conditions are still favorable for more debris/mud slides in our area, remain vigalant if you must drive anywhere.
