SUSPECT: Christopher Louis Kaldy, 43 year-old male, Fremont, CA
On May 16, 2018, Christopher Louis Kaldy self-surrendered to the Santa Clara County Sheriff’s Office for a sexual battery arrest warrant regarding inappropriate contact with a former high school staff member. The Milpitas Police Department announced Christopher Kaldy’s arrest and a Milpitas High School student reported that Christopher Kaldy sexually assaulted her on campus, in 2017.
On Tuesday, May 29, 2018, Milpitas Police detectives obtained a $150,000 arrest warrant for Christopher Kaldy. At approximately 4:30 PM, Kaldy was taken into custody at the Milpitas Police Department, without incident, and booked into the Santa Clara County Jail for the warrant.
Milpitas Police detectives are seeking any potential witnesses or other victims who may have come in contact with Christopher Kaldy.
