(Etowah County, Alabama) A Walnut Grove man has been arrested in connection to theft of property, according to Sheriff Todd Entrekin.

“Christopher Michael Fiaccato, 25, of Walnut Grove, is charged with one count of first degree theft of property, a felony,” Lt. Robin Grant said.

The victim had given Fiaccato a 1990 Honda Recon Four-Wheeler and Yamaha XE dirt bike to repair several months ago. When Fiaccato refused to return the items to the rightful owner, it was discovered that he traded the four-wheeler without permission.

With assistance from the Altoona Police Department the four-wheeler has been located. The dirt bike has not been located.

Fiaccato was booked into the Etowah County Detention Center and later released on $5,000 bond.
