SUSPECT(S): Jamale Poole, a 42year old resident of Adelanto
VICTIM(S):
SUMMARY: On Wednesday, May 30th, at approximately 3:45 pm, deputies from the Victor Valley Sheriff Station assisted Code Enforcement officers from the City of Adelanto regarding an Inspection Warrant of alleged marijuana violations. Though no marijuana vioaltions were located, Jamale Poole was found to be in possession of a loaded pistol. Poole was found to have several criminal convictions, precluding him from being in possession of a firearm or live ammunition. Poole was arrested and booked into the High Desert Detention Center for suspicion of violating California Penal Code 29800(a)(1) Felon in Possession of a Firearm and California Penal Code 30305(a)(1) Felon in possession of ammunition. Poole has been released on bail.
