REMINDER: Flood survivors who have applied for FEMA Individual Assistance, please be sure that you submit all the required documentation. I was notified that we have a number of survivors who have been identified as having a valid application, but who have not submitted the required documentation and as a result, their application process cannot move forward. Also, the deadline to apply for assistance and have all documentation turned in is July 5, 2018. If they have any questions regarding their specific application or need to apply for assistance, they can contact a FEMA representative at: 1-800-621-3362 or 1-800-462-7585 (TTY) for hearing and speech-impaired individuals. The toll-free telephone numbers will operate from 7:00am until 9:00pm (local time).
