* At 454 PM EDT, Doppler radar indicated thunderstorms producing
heavy rain which will cause flooding. Up to two inches of rain have
already fallen.
* Some locations that may experience flooding include...
Martinsburg, Charles Town, Shepherdstown, Ranson, Boonsboro,
Inwood, Wilson-Conococheague, Williamsport, Harpers Ferry,
Kearneysville, Corporation Of Ranson, Saint James, Berkeley,
Halfway, Keedysville, Bolivar, Falling Waters, Sharpsburg,
Shenandoah Junction and Fairplay.
PRECAUTIONARY/PREPAREDNESS ACTIONS...
Turn around, don't drown when encountering flooded roads. Most flood
deaths occur in vehicles.
In hilly terrain there are hundreds of low water crossings which are
