*UPDATE* #LASD Dets Found 4 & 2 YO in Poss Parental Abduction, Marina Del Rey Station

On Saturday, June 2, 2018, at approximately 6:30 p.m. Phoenix (Arizona) Police Department – South Mountain Precinct notified Marina Del Rey Station personnel that one of their officers made a traffic stop on Los Angeles County Sheriff’s Department wanted suspect Iman Milner.  However, the two missing children were not present in the vehicle.
 
The Phoenix Police Officer confirmed suspect Milner was still wanted and once Detective Williams, the handling detective, faxed the signed Ramey Warrant to Phoenix Police Department Ms. Milner was arrested and booked for Child Abduction and Violation of a Court order. 
 
Detective Williams contacted the maternal grandmother in Phoenix, Arizona, and confirmed she had the children.  The children’s grandmother agreed to transport the children from Phoenix to Marina Del Rey Station. 
 
At approximately 10:30 p.m. the grandmother arrived with the two missing children, 2 year-old Noah and 4 year-old Seth.  Both children were safely reunited with their father.
 
Detectives are working on the extradition process and there is no further information available at this time.

On Tuesday May 29, 2018, at approximately 5:15PM, Marina Del Rey Station deputies responded to the 5100 Block of Goldleaf Circle, in the City of Los Angeles, regarding a violation of a court order call.  
 
The father of the two male toddlers ages four and two, told deputies his children were not returned by their mother (Iman Milner FB/10-17-90), after her scheduled unsupervised visit.  The visit was scheduled for 5/29/18, between 10:00am -4:00pm. Several attempts have been made to locate the children and Ms. Milner.  Ms. Milner may be driving a black older model Mercedes- Benz sedan with significant traffic collision damage and paper plates or a Blue Mazda 5 CA license plate 1QXP389.

Both children and the mother have been entered into the law enforcement Missing/Wanted/Attempt to Locate Persons System.  The investigation is on-going.
