Have You Seen This Kia Sedan? 
An APD Officer took a motor vehicle theft report on Monday from a man living on the 1100 block of C Avenue. The man told police that his 2008 Kia Spectra was parked in front of the residence on Sunday evening about 8PM and was gone when he left for work on Monday morning. The Spectra is white in color with Washington license plate 651YPF and a Seahawks sticker on the back.
