West Covina Police find illegal marijuana grow house pursuant to burglary call. 
On Tuesday, June 5, 2018 at approximately 1:30 pm West Covina Police Officers responded to the 200 block of North Hartley Avenue to investigate a possible burglary. A citizen called the police and reported seeing two male Hispanics in their twenties leaving a home carrying trash bags full of property. The two suspects fled in a gray Ford Focus and were not located by police officers. During the investigation, police officers conducted a sweep of the home where they found hundreds of marijuana plants. Part of the home was also ransacked indicating a burglary did occur. West Covina Police Detectives are currently investigating the matter.
