SC Department of Transportation and SC Department of Public Safety to conduct statewide hurricane exercise tomorrow. 
Tomorrow, the South Carolina Department of Transportation and the South Carolina Department of Public Safety—which includes the South Carolina Highway Patrol—are scheduled to conduct their annual statewide hurricane exercise. Portions of U.S. 278 and U.S. 21 in Beaufort County may be impacted during the exercise. We ask that motorists exercise caution when driving in those areas between 8:00 a.m. and 12:00 p.m tomorrow.
