The Rosecrans Avenue on-ramp (westbound) to the I-605 Freeway (southbound) is blocked for an unknown duration due to a roadway hazard.
This closure will remain unitl further notice.
Please plan an alternate route as HEAVY TRAFFIC IS EXPECTED in this area.
