Our area has been receiving calls from a caller from Kingston, Jamaica which is an area code of 876. He will tell the listener that they have won the Publishers Sweepstakes and convince them to go to the nearest store to buy an Amazon Gift Card and send it to them in order to claim your prize. This is a scam, hang up and report to the police.
