Flash Flood Watch until 02:00PM

...FLASH FLOOD WATCH IN EFFECT UNTIL 2 PM EDT THIS AFTERNOON... The National Weather Service in Indianapolis has expanded the

* Flash Flood Watch to include portions of south central Indiana, southwest Indiana, and west central Indiana, including the following areas, in south central Indiana, Brown, Jackson, Lawrence, and Monroe. In southwest Indiana, Greene and Martin. In west central Indiana, Clay, Owen, Parke, Vermillion, and Vigo.

* Until 2 PM EDT this afternoon

* Additional thunderstorms, some with heavy rain, will move across the area this morning. This rain will fall on saturated ground from the thunderstorms Sunday and Monday. This could result in additional flooding across the area.

* AFFECTED AREAS: BROWN ... CLAY ... GREENE ... JACKSON ... LAWRENCE ... MARTIN ... MONROE ... OWEN ... PARKE ... VERMILLION ... VIGO

Instructions:

A Flash Flood Watch means that conditions may develop that lead to flash flooding. Flash flooding is a VERY DANGEROUS SITUATION. You should monitor later forecasts and be prepared to take action should Flash Flood Warnings be issued.
