05/28/18 WTPD arrested Roberto Soto, age 40, of Washington, NJ for a $250.00 outstanding warrant out of Lebanon Township. He was processed and released after posting bail.

05/28/18 WTPD arrested James Grieshaber, age 41, of Washington, NJ for a $450.00 outstanding warrant out of Camden County Municipal Court. On 05/28/18 at approximately 11:08 PM, patrol observed Mr. Grieshaber, who was known to have outstanding warrant, in the 30 block of Belvidere Ave in Washington Borough. The officer made contact with Mr. Grieshaber, confirmed the active warrant, and took him into custody without incident. Mr. Grieshaber was processed and released with a new court date.

05/30/18 WTPD arrested Michael Mackin, age 58, of Washington, NJ for obstruction of the administration of justice. On 05/30/18 at approximately 8:25 AM, Mr. Mackin responded to headquarters to be served with court paperwork. Upon the officer speaking with Mr. Mackin, he attempted to obstructed the officers’ investigation. Mr. Mackin was taken into custody and charged with obstruction of the administration of justice. He was processed and released with a mandatory court date.

05/30/18 WTPD arrested Gregory Greco, age 34, of Randolph, NJ for possession of (CDS) less than 50 grams of marijuana and possession of drug paraphernalia. On 05/30/18 at approximately 11:24 AM, patrol conducted a motor vehicle stop on Wall St. in Oxford Township for failure to maintain lanes. The officer’s investigation resulted in Mr. Greco’s arrest for possession of (CDS) less than 50 grams of marijuana and possession of drug paraphernalia. He was processed charged with possession of (CDS) less than 50 grams of marijuana and possession of drug paraphernalia. He was issued motor vehicle summonses for failure to maintain lanes, carless driving, unclear license plate, failure to change address and possession of (CDS) marijuana in a motor vehicle. He was released with a mandatory court date.

05/30/18 WTPD arrested James Griffin, age 63, of Clinton, NJ for lewdness, disorderly conduct and harassment. On 05/18/18 at approximately 12:00 PM, patrol spoke with a victim who received unsolicited pictures from Mr. Griffin via social media. The officer’s subsequent investigation resulted in Mr. Griffin being charged with lewdness, disorderly conduct and harassment. He was processed and released with a mandatory court date.

05/31/18 WTPD arrested Scott Hughes, age 33, of Phillipsburg, NJ for an outstanding warrant out of the Greenwich Township. On 05/31/18 at approximately 1:52 PM, patrol conducted a pedestrian stop in the 40 block of W. Washington Ave in Washington Borough for failure to use a pedestrian crosswalk. The officer’s investigation resulted in Mr. Hughes’ arrest for the outstanding warrant. He was processed and released with a new court date.

06/01/18 WTPD arrested Raymond Gardner III, age 26, of Oxford, NJ for a $500.00 outstanding warrant out of Oxford Township. He was processed and released with a new court date.

06/01/18 WTPD arrested Scott Hyman, age 41, of Wayne, NJ for outstanding warrants totaling $180.00 out of Washington and Bloomfield Township. On 06/01/18 at 9:22 PM officers conducted a motor vehicle stop in 110 block of Skyview Dr in Washington Township for failure to obey a traffic sign. The officer’s investigation resulted in Mr. Hyman’s arrest for the outstanding warrant(s). He was processed, issued motor vehicle summonses for failure to obey a traffic sign and released with new court date(s).

06/01/18 WTPD arrested William Kanski, age 30, of Washington, NJ for a local ordinance of maintaining a nuisance. On 06/01/18 at approximately 10:19 PM, patrol was dispatched to a disturbance in the 30 block of New Bold Court in Washington Township. Upon the officer’s arrival and subsequent investigation, Mr. Knaski was charged with a local ordinance of maintaining a nuisance. He was processed and released with a mandatory court date.

06/02/18 WTPD arrested Steven Zimmerman II, age 28, of Hillside, NJ for A $750.00 outstanding warrant out Newark. On 06/02/18 at 1:36 AM officers conducted a motor vehicle stop in 100 block of W. Washington Ave in Washington Borough. The officer’s investigation resulted in Mr. Zimmerman’s arrest for the outstanding warrant. He was processed and released with new court date.

06/02/18 WTPD arrested Marquist Walls, age 20, of Port Murray, NJ and Austin Hamler, age 20, of Asbury, NJ for a local ordinance of maintaining a nuisance. On 06/02/18 at approximately 2:51 AM, patrol observed (2) suspicious males outside of a residence in the 1st block of Bowerstown Rd. in Washington Township. The officer’s investigation revealed that the men were urinating. Both men were charged with a local ordinance of maintaining a nuisance. They were processed and released with a mandatory court date(s).

06/02/18 WTPD arrested Charles Klemka, age 51, of Washington, NJ for a local ordinance for maintaining a nuisance. On 06/02/18 at approximately 5:05 PM, patrol was dispatched to the area of Belvidere Ave and E. Stewart St. in Washington Borough for a suspicious person. Upon the officer’s arrival and subsequent investigation, Mr. Klemka was charged with a local ordinance of maintaining a nuisance. He was processed and released with a mandatory court date.

06/02/18 WTPD arrested William Winters, age 57, of Washington, NJ for simple assault. He was processed and lodged in the WC Jail.
06/02/18 WTPD arrested Sheryl Barker, age 51, of Washington, NJ for simple assault. She was processed and released with a mandatory court date.

06/03/18 WTPD arrested a 15 year old, of Phillipsburg, NJ for being an NCIC wanted person out of the Warren County Prosecutor’s Office. On 06/03/18 at approximately 3:33 PM, patrol was dispatched to a dispute in the 50 block of Broad St. in Washington Borough. Upon patrols’ arrival and subsequent investigation, the juvenile was arrested on the outstanding NCIC warrant out of the Warren County Prosecutor’s Office. The juvenile was processed and turned over to the Warren County Sheriff’s Department.

06/04/18 WTPD arrested Brett Cullinan, age 38, of Broadway, NJ for being an NCIC wanted person out of the Middlesex County Sheriff’s Office. On 06/04/18 at 11:19 PM patrol conducted a motor vehicle stop in the 400 block of Rte. 57 W. in Washington Township. The officer’s investigation resulted in Mr. Cullinan’s arrest on the outstanding NCIC warrant. He was processed, issued a summons for failure to exhibit a document, driving on a suspended driver’s license and lodged in the WC Jail.

06/06/18 WTPD arrested Eric Boe, age 50, of Washington, NJ for contempt of a superior court order. On 06/06/18 at approximately 10:13 AM, patrol responded to a dispute at a residence in the 300 block of N. Prospect St. in Washington Borough. Upon the officer’s arrival and subsequent investigation, it was revealed that Mr. Boe was in violation of a judicial order. Mr. Boe was taken into custody and charged with violation of a court order. He was processed and lodged in the WC Jail.

06/06/18 WTPD arrested Dale Zairo Jr., age 29, of Washington, NJ for being an NCIC wanted person out of the Lehigh County Pennsylvania Sheriff’s Office. On 06/06/18 at 5:51 PM patrol conducted a pedestrian stop for failure to use a crosswalk in the 30 block of Belvidere Ave in Washington Borough. The officer’s investigation resulted in Mr. Zairo’s arrest for being a fugitive from justice for the outstanding NCIC warrant. He was processed and lodged in the WC Jail.

06/06/18 WTPD arrested Nicholas Neuls, age 29, of Stewartsville, NJ for an $89.00 outstanding warrant out of Washington Borough. He was processed and released with a new court date.

06/08/18 WTPD arrested Douglas Decastro, age 53, of Washington, NJ for disorderly conduct and a local ordinance for maintaining a nuisance. On 06/08/18 at approximately 1:30 PM, patrol was dispatched to a dispute in the 20 block of E. Mozart Ave in Washington Township. Upon the officer’s arrival and subsequent investigation, Mr. Decastro was charged with disorderly conduct and local ordinance of maintaining a nuisance for throwing a can of beer at vehicle. He was processed and released with a mandatory court date.

06/09/18 WTPD arrested Christopher Polera, age 19, of Washington, NJ for possession of (CDS) less than 50 grams of marijuana, possession of drug paraphernalia and failure to submit to fingerprinting. On 06/09/18 at 9:22 PM patrol conducted a pedestrian stop for failure to use a crosswalk in the 40 block of W. Washington Ave in Washington Borough. The officer’s investigation resulted in Mr. Polera’s arrest for possession of (CDS) less than 50 grams of marijuana and possession of drug paraphernalia. He was processed, charged with possession of (CDS) less than 50 grams of marijuana, possession of drug paraphernalia and failure to submit to fingerprinting. He was also issued a summons for failure to use a crosswalk. Mr. Polera was released with a mandatory court date.

06/10/18 WTPD arrested Merridee Lee, age 43, and Gregory Dickinson, age 46, both of Oxford, NJ for disorderly conduct and a local ordinance for maintaining a nuisance. On 06/10/18 at approximately 1:54 PM, patrol was dispatched to a residence in the 20 block of Axford Ave in Oxfords Township for harassment. Upon the officer’s arrival and subsequent investigation, it was revealed that Ms. Lee and Mr. Dickinson had been driving past the victim yelling obscenities. Both parties were charged with disorderly conduct and local ordinance of maintaining a nuisance. They were processed and released with a mandatory court date.
