Tracy Police Arrest Sexual Assault Suspects 
Tracy, Calif. On April 11, 2018, the Tracy Police Department Investigaton's Unit arrested 47 year old Joseph Schuyler and 41 year old Robert "Whoadee" Molina for three counts of sexual assault. Currently, both suspects are in custody at the San Joaquin County Jail.
