#LASD Pico Rivera Detectives are Asking for Your Help Locating at Risk Missing Person, Emily Rubalcaba, West Whittier
Los Angeles County Sheriff’s Department’s Pico Rivera Station detectives are seeking the public’s assistance in locating Emily Rubalcaba. She is a 17 year-old female Hispanic who was last seen leaving her residence in West Whittier, on Thursday, June 14, 2018, at 12:30 p.m.
Miss Rubalcaba is described as 4’07” tall, 75lbs., long brown hair, and brown eyes. She was last seen wearing a pink shirt, blue jeans, a pink backpack and purple sunglasses.
Emily is blind, partially deaf and suicidal. Her family is very concerned and asking for the public’s assistance in located her.
