**FOUND** At Risk Missing Person, Emily Rubalcaba of West Whittier, was Found Safe and Returned to Her Family

The Los Angeles County Sheriff's Department Missing Person Unit is advising that the At-Risk Missing Person, Emily Rubalcaba has been found safe and reunited with her family.

Thank you to everyone who helped search for Emily.  Your efforts in these matters are always appreciated.

ORIGINAL PRESS RELEASE IS AS FOLLOWS:

Los Angeles County Sheriff’s Department’s Pico Rivera Station detectives are seeking the public’s assistance in locating Emily Rubalcaba. She is a 17 year-old female Hispanic who was last seen leaving her residence in West Whittier, on Thursday, June 14, 2018, at 12:30 p.m.   

Miss Rubalcaba is described as 4’07” tall, 75lbs., long brown hair, and brown eyes.  She was last seen wearing a pink shirt, blue jeans, a pink backpack and purple sunglasses.

Emily is blind, partially deaf and suicidal. Her family is very concerned and asking for the public’s assistance in located her.
