Tuesday, June 19, 2018 the intersection of East Avenue and 4th Street will reopen after 9:00am today. The contractor finished the repairs ahead of schedule.
East Avenue remain closed to through traffic and you should follow the posted detours of Middle Avenue, East River Street and Broad Street
