Arthur Place is partially closed at Lindbergh due to a large water main break. Repairs will be underway soon. MODOT and Missouri American Water are both on the scene now assessing the situation. Avoid the area if possible, and use alternate streets to enter or exit West End Park until street repairs are completed on Arthur Place.
