E. Madrid Avenue Stop Sign Changes 
The City of Las Cruces will remove two stop signs next week, on E. Madrid Avenue, where the street intersects with Martha/Anita Drive. The change will create a two-way stop where currently a four-way stop exists.
The removal of the two stop signs will allow for a more efficient flow of traffic on E. Madrid Ave. This intersection is located west of Triviz Drive and northeast of Loma Heights Elementary School. Digital message boards will advise traffic of the change.
The work is not expected to last longer than a day.
