ST. LOUIS COUNTIES IN EAST CENTRAL MISSOURI AND NORTHEASTERN ST.
LOUIS CITY...
At 534 PM CDT, a severe thunderstorm capable of producing a tornado
was located over Riverview, moving southeast at 45 mph.
HAZARD...Tornado.
SOURCE...Weather spotters reported a funnel cloud.
IMPACT...Flying debris will be dangerous to those caught without
shelter. Mobile homes will be damaged or destroyed. Damage
to roofs, windows, and vehicles will occur. Tree damage is
likely.
Locations impacted include...
St. Louis, Florissant, Granite City, Hazelwood, Ferguson, Jennings,
Bellefontaine Neighbors, Black Jack, Pontoon Beach, Dellwood,
Madison, Riverview, Venice, Spanish Lake, Moline Acres, Calverton
Park, Brooklyn, Castle Point, Glasgow Village and Mitchell.
This also includes Horseshoe Lake State Park.
