On Thursday, July 5th, 2018 at approximately 10:00 p.m. a Pleasanton resident’s security camera captured a male subject behaving suspiciously. In the video, the male is nude and engaged in lewd conduct. A screen capture from the video shows a distinct tattoo on the male’s upper right arm. The department is seeking the community’s help in identifying this male subject.
On Friday, July 6th, 2018 the Fremont Police Department contacted the Pleasanton Police Department regarding this individual’s possible connection to similar crimes in their city. They indicate he may be associated with a newer model white 4-door crossover vehicle. The vehicle is similar to a Cadillac XT5 or SRX.
