06/01/2018 *Malicious Destruction of Property Report
5700 Block of Pontiac Trail – Unknown subjects spray painted the homeowners rural mailbox, Address & for Sale Sign – no suspects or witnesses at this time
06/02/2018 *Retail Fraud
300 Block of Six Mile Rd – Speedway – 2 suspects (1 female & 1 male) entered the store – while the white female suspect distracted the clerk, the white male suspect stole several cartons of cigarettes – possible suspects identified & case remains under investigation
06/02/2018 *Assault & Battery
8800 Block of Main St – Whitmore Lake Middle School Gymnasium – During a basketball tournament, the victim, a 13 year old spectator, was punched in the face by an adult female spectator. An investigation revealed an argument began over “bad calls” then was followed by a physical punch. The suspect was identified, a report submitted to the prosecutor’s office & Assault and Battery charges authorized.

9300 Block of Wildwood – Disorderly person complaint revealed subject was wanted on an outstanding warrant – subject arrested and turned over to the jurisdiction holding the warrant
06/10/2018 *Breaking & Entering Business
6200 Block of Whitmore Lake – An unknown Suspect wearing gloves and a mask entered office through an unlocked window- The suspect stole cash. The incident was captured on video – Case remains under investigation
06/11/2018 *Larceny (theft) from Building
8800 Block of Main St – Livingston Classical Academy – theft of a Chromebook -Sometime between Friday 6/08/2018 4:30pm & Monday 06/11/2018 07:45 an unknown subject took a Chromebook from the multi-purpose room – case remains under investigation
06/12/2018 *Arrest -Home Invasion
80 Block of Phlox – Officers investigated a disorderly incident which resulted in a home invasion report – investigation revealed the suspect involved –an arrest was made. Charges were submitted and authorized by the prosecutor’s office
06/14/2018 *Larceny (theft) Report
East Shore – Homeowner reported that he had property chained up with a For Sale Sign, sometime between 8:00 am & 2:30pm an unk subject cut his chain and removed the property – no investigative leads at this time.
06/16/2018 *Arrest -Larceny (theft) of Cash
200 Block of Emerald Circle – Money was stolen from residents’ wallet, Investigation revealed house guest as suspect - suspect arrested and case forwarded for prosecutor’s review
06/17/20185 *Breaking & Entering
200 Block of Barker – Livingwater Church-Sometime between 06/16 /18 in the late afternoon and 06/17/2018 early afternoon - Unknown suspects entered the pole barn and removed without permission electronic media equipment and Keyboard. No suspects or witnesses at this time.
06/20/2018 * Harassment Complaint
9000 Block of Posey – Complainant reported receiving numerous unwanted computer contacts from a suspect – several requests were made for the contact to stop. Suspect identified and report submitted to the prosecutor’s office for review
06/22/2018 *Arrest -Assault & Battery & Fugitive Warrants
8500 Block of Nolar – House guests had a confrontation which turned physical, the police were called and the aggressor identified. The suspect was arrested and it was determined that he had outstanding warrants out of a neighboring jurisdiction. The suspect was arrested and the report forwarded to the prosecutor’s office for review.
06/23/2018 *Disorderly Person – Trespass Notice Issued
9500 Block of Main Street – Subject was highly intoxicated and became an unwanted guest – Officers responded, Huron Valley Ambulance requested due to symptoms of intoxication, subject issued a Trespass Warning advising not to return
06/24/2018 *Disorderly Person – Trespass Notice Issued
100 Block of Front – Subject arrived to complainants home uninvited – subject appeared intoxicated and resident wanted nothing to do with subject – Subject was advised to leave the property and not return. A Trespass Warning Notice was issued.
06/25/2018 *Larceny (theft) from Residence
7000 Block of Peninsula Pointe – Resident reported that after movers from a reputable company packed her property in preparation for a move; she discovered jewelry and medication missing. Complainant filed a report with the moving company and the police. The case remains under investigation.
006/26/2018 *Assault & Battery
700 Block of Eight Mile Rd – Victim reported that a coworker became angry, quit his job and then struck victim without provocation. Victim sustained injury to his face. An investigation revealed that an Assault and Battery had occurred. Tthe suspect was identified and charges submitted to the prosecutor’s office.
06/26/2018 *Hit & Run –Leaving the Scene of a Property Damage Crash
Margaret & West Street – witnesses reported seeing a vehicle strike a parked vehicle and leave the scene – Officers investigated the incident, located the vehicle and determined the driver. A warrant request was submitted to the prosecutor’s office for leaving the scene of a property Damage Crash and Driving without a License.
06/29/2018 *Arrest – Fugitive Warrant
300 Block of Emerald Circle – While responding to a Medical Incident it was discovered that a subject on scene had an outstanding fugitive warrant. Subject was arrested and turned over to a neighboring jurisdiction holding the warrant.
06/29/2018 *Malicious Destruction of Property – Abandoned Residence
9000 Block of Main Street – Complainant reported that doors and windows were broken on the property - Officers arrived and determined the property was an abandoned residence, and it had sustained damage to both the interior & exterior. An attempt to contact the owner to determine the extent of any new damage was unsuccessful. No investigative leads at this time.
