Residents, Business Owners, and Visitors,

Due to the emergent sink hole located at the intersection of Second Street and E. Church Street there will be no vehicular traffic in the following areas. On Second Street from Railroad Avenue to Church Court. On East Church from Hankins Alley to Second Street. These closures will remain enforced until the sink hole is fixed. On Friday July 13, the BCPD will forego the issuance of sweeper tickets on Farnsworth Avenue. Mayor Lynch and Chief Miller extend their utmost thanks during this event.
