National Weather Service has issued a Severe Thunderstorm Warning for eastern Bates County until 4:15pm.
At 3:23 p.m. a severe thunderstorm was located 10 miles east of Adrian, moving south at 35 mph.
Hazards expected ping pong size hail and wind gusts up to 60 mph.
