Verizon will be working on Bank Street today there will be no through traffic allowed. 
Work will occur from 9am-3pm in the north section of Bank Street (Hulfish Street) as it wraps around to Chambers Street.
Bank Street residents will have access, ‘cut-through’ traffic will not be allowed.
