Water Conservation Plan Stage 1 
On Monday, July 23, 2018, the City of Groesbeck will implement Stage 1 of the Water Conservation Plan. The extreme weather conditions coupled with the long-range weather forecast has made it necessary to begin water conservation efforts as dictated by the Drought Contingency Plan. Stage 1 is based on VOLUNTARY compliance. Mandatory restrictions do not begin until Stage 2 is implemented.
