DETAILS: Ptl. Jany investigated a Theft from the PF Chang’s restaurant where the following occurred: The victim met with a friend to have lunch at PF Chang’s. She hung her purse on the back of the chair and placed her jacket over top. The suspect reached into her purse and stole her wallet. The credit cards from the victim were then used to make over $5,600.00 in purchases.

DETAILS: Ptl. Brown investigated the theft of a violin where the following was reported: On June 1, 2018, a nine year old boy got off of his school bus, put his belongings down including his violin near his bus stop, and then went to play with his friends. When he returned to gather his property, his violin had been stolen.
Through subsequent investigation, Det. C. Van Ness located the stolen violin that also led to Anthony Cerullo who was arrested and charged with the Theft on June 13, 2018.

DETAILS: Ptl. Buchanan initiated a stop on a burgundy 2002 Jeep for erratic driving which included sudden hard braking and acceleration, and for failing to stay within its lane. During the stop, Danielle Mappy provided Ptl. Buchanan with a false name and date of birth despite the fact that she was in possession a NJ Identification Only bearing her photo. Mappy was adamant that the ID was not hers, and that she was someone else, but she eventually admitted to who she was. Mappy was determined to be DWI and found to have active warrants for her arrest from Trenton, Ewing, and Lawrence Township. Mappy was processed at WWPD Headquarters and released pending future Court dates in West Windsor, Trenton, Ewing, and Lawrence.

When she returned to her table a short time later, the bag and all its contents had been stolen.

Spence was released from custody pending a future date at West Windsor Municipal Court.

Millner was found to be in possession of twenty decks of heroin, two bottles containing Xanax pills (prescribed to other people), numerous used and new hypodermic needles, and related paraphernalia used to ingest heroin. Millner also had an active warrant for her arrest from Mays Landing, NJ. Millner was processed at WWPD Headquarters and released pending future dates at Mercer County Superior Court and Mays Landing Municipal Court.
