Man Stabs Victim In Waffle House Parking Lot After Asking For Money For Food. Sheriff Victor Hill
Clayton County Police took James Miller in to custody early this morning after he stab a man in the chin in a Waffle House parking lot. Miller approached the victim asking for money to buy food. When the man told Miller no, Miller pulled a knife, cut the victim , and forced the victim to give him $20.00.
Clayton County Police responded and found Miller hiding behind a fence and located a white shirt near him covered in blood. Miller is now facing the wall at Georgia’s toughest para-military jail now better known as the “Hill-ton”.
Remember, panhandling is illegal and you should use extreme caution when coming into contact with individuals asking for money. Any time you observe anyone panhandling on the side of the road or in a parking lot, please dial 911 so so that law-enforcement can check these individuals out.
