On Thursday, July 26th, 2018 E River Street between Broad Street and Park Place will be closed. A contractor will be milling the road surface in preparation for paving as part of the City’s Issue 6 street improvement projects for 2018.
Drivers should detour using E Bridge Street and Broad Street.
