On Thursday, July 26th & Friday July 27th, 2018, a contractor will be repairing a Windstream utility manhole cover in the intersection of Clark Street and Kipling Street. Traffic will be maintained through the work zone, but expect delays. The work site may be steel plated overnight Thursday.
