Conowingo Dam Update: PLEASE SHARE
As of 5:00 PM there are 20 gates open at the Conowingo Dam. The peak for water flow is expected at 2:00 AM this morning with no more than 25 gates expected to be opened at that point. An evacuation center has been opened for those choosing to evacuate Port Deposit at Bainbridge Elementary School which will be staffed by the American Red Cross, Cecil County Health Department and Social Services.
