Full Notification

At 1030 hours on July 28, 2018, Tyler Deerinwater was arrested in the parking lot of a Seminole Walmart. Agencies involved in the arrest were Seminole Police Department, Oklahoma Bureau of Narcotics, US Marshalls and the District 22 Task Force. Deerinwater was booked into then Hughes County jail on a murder charge. OSBI’s investigation into the matter is ongoing and more details will be released as they become available.
