Pearl St Road Closures
Pearl St Road Closures 
Pearl/Lincoln Project Closures & Traffic Configuration will be as follows:
- Intersection of Pearl Street and Green Street will be completely closed.
- Pearl Street will be closed between Richmond Road and Green Street, but access to local businesses will be maintained.
- No through traffic will be allowed between Elm Street and Pearl Street, but access to local businesses will be maintained.
- Pearl Street will be reduced to one lane east of Riverside Drive.
- Lincoln Road will be reduced to one lane between River Road and Charles Street.
