When every second counts, Milltown Emergency Services are experiencing prolonged response times due to the fact of not being able to identify house numbers from the street.
To better serve the community in emergency situations we are asking that you affix or relocate your address Identification number on your residence to a location where Emergency Services can easily identify it from the street. Numbers on mailboxes or numbers painted on the curb are usually ineffective as they are often obstructed by vehicles. We also encounter many identification numbers which are obstructed by landscape or in Script which are not always easy to identify.  
We ask that address identification numbers are at minimum 5” and are a color which is in contrast to its background.
