Pearl Street Road Closure 
Pearl/Lincoln Project Closures & Traffic Configuration will be as follows:
- Pearl Street will be closed between Green Street and Court Street for storm sewer installation.
- Pearl Street is reduced to one lane with flaggers between Riverside and Pearl Street Bridge.
- Daytime lane closures with flaggers are anticipated east of Pearl Street Bridge.
