At 228 PM EDT, radar showed scattered thunderstorms over portions of
eastern upper...over Cheboygan county...and along a line from Grand
Traverse Bay through Wexford County. Slow moving...scattered storms
will be possible across northern Michigan into this evening.
Winds in excess of 30 mph...hail up to one half inch...and
locally heavy rain are possible with these storms.
Locations impacted include...
Traverse City, Alpena, Cadillac, Alger, Houghton Lake, Petoskey,
Cheboygan, Paradise, Boyne City, Gaylord, Gladwin, Rogers City, East
Tawas, St. Ignace, East Jordan, West Branch, Kalkaska, Grayling,
Tawas City and Ossineke.
