UPDATE as of 1:30 PM: Gas Leak has been capped. Situation is now stabilized. The area is ALL CLEAR.

Richmond Fire, PG&E and PD is on scene of a small gas leak on 37th Street, between Bissell and Macdonald. Three (3) businesses have been closed because of wind direction and their proximity to the incident. The courthouse is OPEN. No report of injuries. Updates to follow.
