High Visibility Enforcement
On Wednesday, August 15, 2018, between 3:30 PM and 6:30 PM, the Torrance Police Department conducted an HVE operation at the intersection of Crenshaw Boulevard and Pacific Coast Highway. The Department received several reports of traffic concerns in this area. In response, several motor officers devoted their time by balancing traffic enforcement and educating the community.

8 drivers were cited for SPEEDING (one in excess of 70 mph)
6 drivers were cited for USING THEIR CELL PHONES
2 drivers were cited for a RED LIGHT VIOLATION
