Access Road in Trotter Tract closed due to hazardous surface conditions. 
The access road within the Trotter tract is closed to all pedestrian traffic. Last Saturday's storm washed out large areas of the access road surface making it dangerous to walk and drive on. Signs have been posted and the caution tape has been placed across the road. Please do not enter the area. Paths within the center of the Trotter Tract and the upper road remain open to pedestrians. Repair work is planned.
