* Until midnight EDT.

* At 601 PM EDT, Doppler radar indicated thunderstorms producing heavy rain which will cause flooding. Flooding has been reported on numerous roads across Morgan county.

* Some locations that may experience flooding include... Hagerstown, Martinsburg, Hancock, Greenwood, Inwood, Wilson-Conococheague, Williamsport, Berkeley Springs, Berkeley, Halfway, Maugansville, Falling Waters, Great Cacapon, Clear Spring, Capon Bridge, Hedgesville, Pecktonville, Big Spring, Big Pool and Johnsontown.
