Hwy 90 in Estherwood is passable. Hwy 91 is closed between Hwy 90 & Morris Ave (1 blocked north of Hwy 90). 18 wheelers are to find alternate routes & are not to pass on the Pontoon bridge. There is also no ETA from DOTD at this time.
