Rutgers University will be holding student move-in on Thursday, August 30, 2018, from 8 a.m. through 5 p.m., and on Friday, August 31, from 8 a.m. through 4:30 p.m. As a result, the following temporary traffic detours will be in place:
College Avenue
Seminary Place will be closed on Thursday, August 30, from 7 a.m. through 5 p.m.
College Avenue will be closed on Friday, August 31, from 6 a.m. through 4 p.m.
Busch Campus
Connector Road will be closed on Thursday, August 30, and Friday, August 31, from 7 a.m. through 4 p.m.
Livingston Campus
Joyce Kilmer Avenue will be closed on Thursday, August 30, and Friday, August 31, from 7 a.m. through 4 p.m.
Road 3 will be closed from Joyce Kilmer Avenue to Road 1 on Friday, August 31, from 7 a.m. through 4 p.m.
Road 3 will be closed from Joyce Kilmer Avenue to Avenue E on Thursday, August 30, from 7 a.m. through 5 p.m.
Avenue E from the Livingston Circle to Road 3 will be closed on Friday, August 31, from 7 a.m. through 4 p.m.
Cook/Douglass
Biel Road will be closed on Friday, August 31, from 7 a.m. through 4 p.m.
