The Mountain Community School has been placed on a precautionary soft lockdown due to an incident occurring within the City of Hendersonville limits. This is only a precaution and all students and faculty are safe. There is no specific threat to the school. Law enforcment anticipates the soft lockdown being lifted at dismissal.
