UPDATE: Water Quality Sample Is Clear after Water Main Repair on Springdale Drive

Results from a water quality test came back clear today, Sept. 1, 2018, after a water main break was repaired on Springdale Drive. The water main break affected customers on Marion Drive, Springdale Drive, Millrace Drive, Spring Valley Drive, McClay Valley Boulevard (from McClay Road to Park Valley), Prospect Point Subdivision and McClay Road (from Millrace to Woodbriar), plus affected water quality pressure on Woodbriar subdivision.

If a customer has discolored water due to a loss of pressure, this was caused by the home’s internal plumbing. If you experience discolored water after a main break, you can flush your internal plumbing lines by running the largest faucet in your home, normally the bath tub faucet or any faucet experiencing discolored water, until your water is clear.

If you have questions, you may call 636-477-6600, ext. 1573.
