UPDATE: Water Quality Sample Is Clear after Water Main Repair on Claydell Drive
Results from a water quality test came back clear today, Sept. 1, 2018, after a water main repair on Claydell Drive. The water main repair/outage affected customers in Laurel Village and Prospect Point (see attached map).
If a customer has discolored water due to a loss of pressure, this was caused by the home’s internal plumbing. If you experience discolored water after a main break, you can flush your internal plumbing lines by running the largest faucet in your home, normally the bath tub faucet or any faucet experiencing discolored water, until your water is clear.
If you have questions, you may call 636-477-6600, ext. 1573.
