4th offense OWI arrest 
On 9-3-18 at 1:19 AM Janesville Police stopped a vehicle for a moving violation. Contact was made with the driver, Alexander Fieiras, who displayed signs of intoxication and admitted to drinking alcohol. Standard field sobriety tests showed significant signs of impairment. Fieiras was arrested for OWI 4th offense after a department of transportation check showed he has 3 prior OWI convictions. A search warrant for blood was obtained with results pending. Fieiras was held at the Rock Co. Jail pending his initial appearance in court.
