The First Nationwide end-to-end Test of the WEA, delivered using the Presidential Level Alert Classification will be on Thursday September 20, 2018 at 2:18p.m. Eastern Standard Time (EDT) with a back-up date of October 3, 2018 at the same time.
This TEST will send a Wireless Emergency Alert (WEA) message to mobile devices throughout the entire United States and territories. As proposed by FEMA
